September 18th, Sterling White Halibut invites all its friends to an informal Sterling Lunch in Oslo, an event we hope will be an annual happening.
This year’s Sterling Lunch is taking place at the fantastic premises Kulinarisk Akademi in Maridalen, Oslo, where you will be served a variety of halibut courses, fine wine and the ultra-premium Voss water. In addition some of our friends and chiefs from Bocuse d’Or Norway will participate in an informal competition. Equipped only with a Sterling Halibut and some raw materials they will be challenged to prepare lovely Sterling-courses. The competition will be judged by Ingrid Espeli Hovig, a beloved Norwegian tv-chef.
Sterling White Halibut welcome all of its collaborating partners and friends to the first ever Sterling Lunch.
