BOCUSE D’OR 2010 FOR STERLING WHITE HALIBUT!

Bocuse d’Or has become the ultimate haute cuisine competition amongst top chefs and is considered the unofficial World Cup for Chefs! http://www.bocusedor.com/home/

Managing director of Sterling White Halibut Magnus Skretting says; ‘we learned a lot from our experience with the Bocuse d’Or in 2007 and managed to place Norwegian White Halibut from Hjelmeland as a gourmet fish in the market. And the Bocuse d’Or organizers clearly enjoyed our enthusiasm! We are especially proud of the fact that our Sterling White Halibut is the first branded fish ever in Bocuse d’Or history´

Sterling White Halibut AS has become Partner with the Bocuse d’Or organizers. This grants Sterling White Halibut and Marine Harvest the right to communicate that we are Partner and supplying the official fish for three of the selections to the main Bocuse d’Or in 2011. These selections are the French, the European and the Asian, all taking place during 2010.
