| Sterling White Halibut Lunch |

The Sterling Lunch was held at Kulinarisk Akademi in Oslo, were chefs from Kulinarisk Akademi under the guidance of Kari Innerå prepared a fabulous buffet consisting of various tasteful dishes made from the stunning Sterling White Halibut. In addition to the fabulous buffet, there was an informal cooking competition where chefs and celebrities participated. The teams consisted of Marine Harvest CEO Åse Aulie Michelet and chef Charles Tjessem; Marine Harvest Communication Director Arne Hjeltnes and chef Geir Skeie; former ski star Vegard Ulvang and chef Frode Aga; and writer Christoper Sjuve and Barbeque-king Craig Whitson. Thank you to all the guests and participants who made this Sterling Lunch a great success. |
For the first time in Bocuse d’Or history, a branded fish will play a leading role: our own Sterling White Halibut. Our halibut is no newcomer to the competition though; Marine Harvest supplied halibut to the Bocuse d’Or 2007 under the generic brand Norwegian White Halibut in co-operation with the Norwegian Export Council.
