This is a nice way to cook for many – and it is very simple and tasty. This recipe serves four people
2-3 kilogrammes of whole Sterling White Halibut filet 1 lemon Salt and pepper Butter Olive oil Parsley Potatoes

Make sure the fish is clean Scrub the skin well and use a sharp knife to make squares as shown in the photo Mix the juice of a lemon with olive oil and brush it all over the fish Sprinkle salt and pepper over the fish Put the Sterling Halibut on baking paper in the tray in the oven Bake at 150 Celsius degrees for 30 – 40 minutes, depending on the size, then leave it in the oven with the door open for another 10 minutes. Serve with parsley butter, potatoes and the steak juice from the tray in the oven It is nice with fresh herbs, like parsley on top of the fish, serve it whole! You can vary with different herbs, like garlic/thyme/rosemary to your own taste
